  • Why does my product take so long to ship?
    This product is made especially for you and is processed for production as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Depending on the orders and demands at the time you place the order determines the shipping time. Just know that making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction of our products, limits addition costs to customers for bulk production or losses, and is better for the planet. So thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and your patience is appreciated.
  • What if I have a product suggestion?
    Please just click the contact us link at the bottom of our page and reach out to us. We are always open to suggestion on how we can better our lines or customer service.
  • How long does it take for customization and is there a minimum quantity I need to order?
    Yes just request a quote and we will send you a customization form you can submit. We can create a design for you or you can send us your own design, depending on your needs of digital printing or embroidery, material and quantity will determine cost and delivery speed. This will be given to you with your free quote. Please note the Swagcaps logo will be on all products ordered through us but will usually be on the inside of the product.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
