Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. (See Tracking Section Below)  If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

This product is made especially for you and is processed for production as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction of our products, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SwagCapz ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are a veteran owned company. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can see the status of your order as it is being made special for you and when it ships. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SwagCapz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).


SwagCapz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At SwagCapz, our return and exchange policy is simple and straightforward. Because we manufacture your product after you place your order it is made especially for you. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after delivery of the product if our product is messed up from manufacturing error only. Please contact us with a picture and description of the flaw. We will work with you to make it right. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We will not honor any returns or exchanges if you do not order the correct size of the product. Size charts are posted on every sized item we offer so please order the correct size and read the product description, as many items such as cotton may shrink after washing. As a woman/veteran-owned business, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to assist with any returns and exchanges. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
